I am Lela, a curious floral artist who explores nature and flowers through design, installations and photography.
Lela (pronounced Leh•la) is my nickname and it was born in 1989 thanks to my little sister trying to say my full name, María Daniela 
After 9 years of floral experience and background in graphic design, art direction and photography in Venezuela and Europe, I decided to create my own floral project.
I specialise in floral styling – art direction – design for photo shoots, gatherings and brands. I love transforming spaces with installations and vignettes for events, art spaces and music shows/videos/photos.
Currently creating personal projects of MOBILES – CREATURES and EXPERIENCES.
I love to experiment, explore and learn on each project I am involved with. I am always open to new ideas and explorations!
My work is sustainable, sourced from locally grown flower vendors and foraged in local community gardens and surroundings.
